Serrano&Kraemer Medico-Legal Solutions was formed following retirements from life-long Federal service in the Healthcare industry. Those years of Federal Service have made Serrano&Kraemer uniquely qualified to provide services to the government community.
Serrano&Kraemer supply services in two major focus areas:
- Healthcare System Redesign- mentoring facilities on principles of High Reliability Organizations (HRO) by facilitating on-site improvement teams, teaching teams the principals of LEAN/Six-Sigma Healthcare System Redesign, and overseeing improvement projects in the Project Management role.
- Legal Nurse Consulting- including working with Legal Counsel to assess healthcare litigation cases, utilizing and incorporating our broad knowledge base in healthcare standards of care, regulatory and performance standards, and patient safety. These skills can be extended to any medically related case.
